• Download capabilities for offline viewing;
• Mobile app access for supported content;
• Community forums and discussion groups;

4.1 Account Creation

To access Academy features, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Be responsible for all activities under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;

4.2 Account Responsibilities

Certificates:

• Remain the property of TG Academy;
• May be revoked if obtained through dishonest means;

17.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. Most concerns can be addressed through our support channels.

17.2 Formal Resolution

Any disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration or court proceedings as required by applicable law.

19.1 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TG Academy regarding your use of the Platform.

19.3 Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
